Provision of Print Services
Applications are invited from contractors wishing to be considered to work in partnership with East Midlands Housing Group on the above work. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in this area of work and have experience or good understanding of partnership arrangements.
East Midlands Housing Group is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and is a diverse independent no-for-profit organisation providing homes for people unable to compete on the open market. They have over 6000 quality affordable homes which include homes for families, single people, and the elderly and other individuals.
East Midlands Housing Group now seeks full proposals for a ‘fully managed’ print management solution that comprises the following service aspects:
- Working with East Midlands Housing Group to deliver printed items and fulfilment services based on current and future requirements.
- Sourcing the printing, finishing and fulfilment of items (either in-house or outsourced) using a fully transparent system of obtaining quotations.
- Managing artwork on behalf of East Midlands Housing
- Proactively recommending cost-effective printing solutions.
- Stock management on East Midlands Housing’ behalf.
The annual expenditure on such services is in the region of £372,000.
