About EMH Group

EMH Group is a family of housing associations which have joined our forces to provide 11,000 high quality affordable homes for rent and shared ownership throughout the East Midlands.

By combining a traditional housing association with a stock transfer, a BME specialist and a rural housing specialist, we feel that our group reflects the diverse range of housing association activities within one group.

In pooling greater resources and expertise, while remaining committed to the roots of each of the four associations, we work together in a cohesive way to the benefit of us all.

Who We Are?

The Group comprises of:

East Midlands Housing Association  -  operating as a subsidiary within the East Midlands Housing Group (EMHG) since its formation in 2008, EMHA has adopted its own values and objectives. These include providing excellent, locally accountable customer services and meeting the care and support needs of those people who are the most in need of support in our society.

Midlands Rural Housing - a specialist providing management and development services for county based rural housing associations. Village surveys and assessment of rural needs are undertaken for providers of rural homes.

Foundation Housing Association - joined our group in 2005 and brings a specialist housing resource for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) groups. FHA specialises in providing housing and support services in Leicester, catering for the needs of people from all cultures and other diverse needs of the local community.

Three Oaks Homes -  was created through people power when tenants voted on a stock transfer from Blaby District Council. They own and manage 2,200 homes that were transferred from the council in November 2008.
